The wide grassy hollow where the Padova mountain hut is located offers a spectacular view of the most distinctive peaks of the western part of the Dolomiti Friulane: Spalti di Toro, Monfalconi and Crìdola. The landscape is interesting and its natural features of great importance, in this part of the World Heritage Site whose integrity has been preserved. While the itinerary is short, it goes into the very heart of the “Dolomiti Friulane e d’Oltre Piave” of the UNESCO Dolomites, providing direct contact with the World Heritage Site.
