The farm’s history began with the processing of the Lamon bean, followed by the traditional cultivation of garden vegetables and raising chickens and pigs which are fed naturally and put out to pasture during the summer. The heart and soul of the farm is the enhancement of regional and seasonal products, such as the typical Belluno cured meats (Belluno Salami, Belluno Pastin and Ossocol); their manual production and processing system in an area where cultivation is difficult, is an aspect that gives added value to the farm.
