The company was founded in 1954: this family-run business has always focused on creativity and on combining old recipes with innovative proposals, such as herb and meadow flower cheese. It has always been careful to offer its customers the genuine flavour of meat and sausages from local farms, such as carne fumàda di Siror and speck with herbs and flowers from Primiero, for which it has registered the trademark. Among the company’s main objectives are the enhancement of local products and collaboration with other producers in the Valley to network and offer each other mutual support on the path to zero-km production. They also cater to celiac consumers, as evidenced by the acquisition of the Gluten Free seal.
