Azienda Feichterhof

At an altitude of 1,250 metres, in the centre of the village of Dobbiaco, on the Feichterhof farm, Bernhard grows spelt, rye or wheat, South Tyrolean fenugreek, potatoes and vegetables, mostly from his own seeds. For some years now, the Feichter family has been converting their farm to the principles and philosophy of biodynamic agriculture: the grains are ground in the farm’s own stone mill and used to make organic bread from wheat, spelt and rye, baked and baked in the wood-fired oven. On the shelves you will find the famous typical Puster bread “Puschtra Breatl” with fenugreek, sweet bread, biscuits and crackers, as well as seasonal organic vegetables and fruit, selected wines, spirits, beer and other organic and Demeter products.
