Two brothers who share a passion for the mountains and a lively interest in the world of medicinal plants. The Saliet farm is not just a dream or a desire to escape from the city, it is a radical choice of life at the foot of Monte Duranno, in the Friulian Dolomites. This is a multifunctional agricultural business based on sustainable production suited to a marginal territory such as one in the mountains, “because agriculture involves not only production but also the need to care for the land, maintain the territory and enhance the landscape”. It is for this reason that the Santarossa brothers decided on organic farming, in the interest of preserving biodiversity and protecting the surrounding environment.
