The “Unterhölzlhof” farmstead is small but beautiful. From April to November, the family transforms the milk of its white goats into refined, organic-quality goat cheeses. Keeping it natural is an important principle not only for grazing and for raising livestock, but also for the ageing of cheese. The farm’s mill transforms wheat into nutritious flour. The company also sells fresh veal.
