Azienda Lèbon

The company’s history dates back to the mid-1950s, when it started as a butcher shop adopting artisanal systems of meat processing based on ancient mountain traditions that only allowed for a limited production of sausages and cured meats. Its commercial activity began to take on significant dimensions at the beginning of the 1980s, pointing the way to a productive leap forward and the resulting growth of the following years. Lèbon operates with the intention of enhancing and promoting typical products, even outside the Dolomites, while respecting the teachings of tradition and using safe, modern production systems.
