You need a good deal of energy and of training! Some of the best tracks in the Dolomites are located in Val di Fassa, the ascent of Cima d’Asta in the heart of the Lagorai, a mountain chain; the Brenta Dolomites from the side of Andalo and Molveno or from Madonna di Campiglio.
