San Vito di Cadore (1011 metres), occupies a beautiful position on the left side of the Valle del Boite and surrounded by the impressive peaks of Antelao, the Sorapis group, the Rocchette, and Monte Pelmo.
Borca di Cadore lies between the massifs of Pelmo and Antelao, where the Valle del Boite widens into fir covered plains. On the right-hand shores of the mountain stream of the same name, and on the left of the Strada di Alemagna.
Cibiana di Cadore, the town that paints its history on the walls of its houses, murals to be admired with patience and attention. The Museo delle Nuvole – the Museum of the Clouds – on Monte Rite is not to be missed.
Vodo di Cadore extends from the Chiusa to the border with the Borca area, marked by the Boite mountain stream. At its centre are two villages: Peaio and Vinigo.
