Valle di Fassa is synonymous with a skier´s paradise. Snow-covered slopes and cross-country skiing tracks stretching for miles on the most beautiful mountains of the world, the Dolomites: numerous tracks where Nordic skiers practice for the famous Marcialonga; mountain ridges offer panoramic views to the Monti Pallidi for ski mountaineers.
However, that is not all what this valley in the north-east of Trentino offers. Valle di Fassa is not only loved by sports enthusiasts. Enjoy the hospitality of the Trentino people and get an insight into old traditions.
This valley is an "island of culture" that conserved the Ladin language and culture.
