The Dolomite Cheese Route introduces you to Valle di Fassa, the cradle of the historical and cultural Ladin heritage. Here you can taste the typical “Puzzone di Moena”, a strong flavoured pressed cheese.
Some cheeses are still made today as they were in the past. You can visit the dairy farm and taste special cheeses as the renowned Caprino di Cavalese, Tosèla, Nostrano and also ricotta and butter.
